About SSC

The University System of Georgia Shared Services Center (SSC) was created as part of a systemwide effort to improve efficiency, consistency, and customer service across USG institutions. By centralizing administrative functions such as Human Resources, Payroll, Financial Aid processing, and system support, the SSC allows colleges and universities to focus more on their core mission of teaching, research, and student success. Located in Sandersville, Georgia, the Shared Services Center provides support to all USG institutions through several specialized departments working together to deliver reliable and streamlined services.
